At ICD, every piece is prepared with care to ensure it arrives beautifully and safely.

 

Processing Time

 

Please allow 1–3 working days for us to prepare and quality-check your jewellery before dispatch.

 

Delivery Time

 

Standard delivery takes 5–10 working days, depending on your location and the item ordered. Some pieces may need a little extra handling, but we’ll always send them as soon as they’re ready.

 

Delivery

 

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Standard Delivery (UK). You’ll receive confirmation as soon as your parcel is on its way.

 

Multiple Parcels

 

If your order contains several items, they may arrive in separate packages to ensure safe and timely delivery.

 

Customs

 

International orders (outside UK) may incur customs or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return any unworn item.

 

What Can Be Returned?

We accept returns on jewellery that is:

Unworn and in its original condition

Returned with all packaging, certificates, and accessories

Not resized, altered, or engraved

 

What Can’t Be Returned?

Because of hygiene and customisation, we can’t accept returns on:

Earrings

Engraved, bespoke, or custom-made pieces

Items marked as final sale

 

How to Make a Return

Email us at support@icrydiamonds.com with your order number to request a return.

 

Repack your jewellery securely in its original box.

Send it back using a tracked service so it gets to us safely.

Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and update you right away.

 

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for it to appear.

 

Exchanges

Changed your mind? No problem, we’re happy to arrange an exchange if the item you want is in stock.

 

Gifts

Returning a gift? We can offer store credit or an exchange.
