30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return any unworn item.
What Can Be Returned?
We accept returns on jewellery that is:

Unworn and in its original condition

Returned with all packaging, certificates, and accessories

Not resized, altered, or engraved
What Can’t Be Returned?
Because of hygiene and customisation, we can’t accept returns on:

Earrings
-
Engraved, bespoke, or custom-made pieces
-
Items marked as final sale
How to Make a Return
Email us at support@icrydiamonds.com with your order number to request a return.

Repack your jewellery securely in its original box.

Send it back using a tracked service so it gets to us safely.

Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and update you right away.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for it to appear.
Exchanges
Changed your mind? No problem, we’re happy to arrange an exchange if the item you want is in stock.
If Something Arrives Wrong
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours, and we’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.
Gifts
Returning a gift? We can offer store credit or an exchange.
